Trainer-C Fitness and Health - Profile: Youth and Adults
This C-training with a focus on youths and adults teaches the basics of health-oriented sports and provides inspiration for established and current offers in the fitness sector.
The overriding goal of this training is therefore to learn to plan and carry out qualified fitness and health sports activities in a club independently and on one's own responsibility. Adapted to current developments, the course imparts a broad theoretical knowledge as well as offers that have been tested in practice.
Focal points are: Physical and psychosocial resources: training basics, anatomy/physiology, endurance, coordination, strength and stretching training, perception/relaxation
Topics include: functional training with and without equipment / materials, fit gym, fitness training (park sports, cross-training) games, running and orientation.
