The free choice of seminar days is only free of charge for those participants to whom we are unable to offer the required seminar days as part of the voluntary service. If you fail to complete the mandatory seminar days due to an unexcused absence, the responsibility lies with you. In this case, you will also have to pay for the seminar days yourself.

If you want to take part in one of our additional offers beyond the mandatory seminar days (see seminar registration), seminar costs of 50 euros per seminar day will be incurred. In this case, you will pay for the travel costs yourself, and prior consultation with your assignment is necessary.

If you register for one of our seminar offers, this is binding. We plan you firmly for all the program points. Should you deregister from a seminar at short notice and without declaring sick, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred (education centre, meals, fees for lecturers, etc.) pro rata.
If you want to complete your licence and need a first aid course that you cannot complete within the mandatory seminar days, we will cover the costs, including travel costs, up to 70 euros.
