► Talk to your mentor, ask about previous projects in your EST
► What do you want to do?
► How can you create added value for yourself and your place of work? Where is there a need?
► How can you make your project sustainable and incorporate aspects of the 17 goals? The LSB offers a funding program for this!
► Define the scope of your project (e.g. a one-day weekend event, regular weekly appointments, an afternoon/evening activity)
Feel free to use the video on the „SMART- method"
Write down the tasks and planning steps you will be taking, who you will be working with and by when you want to complete them.
Carry out your project as planned and record it with pictures. Note whether your participants have given their consent to be photographed. Otherwise, you can also take the photos so that no faces are visible. Also collect materials such as tournament schedules, invitations, flyers or other information material that you can also include in your documentation.
The “Market of Projects” workshop will be held at your final seminar.
In this workshop, both you and the other volunteers from your small group will present your project.
Depending on how far you have progressed in the planning of your project, you will talk about your project idea, your current project status or, if applicable, your completed project.
Please use the following Leitfaden. for the project presentation.
Record your project in a clear project report using the Projektbericht-Leitfaden. If you are organizing your project together with someone else, a separate and individual report must be submitted for each person. The project report should ideally be submitted one month after the project has been completed, at the latest one month before the end of your contract.
You can find further help and sample videos for your project in the FWD-Treff. meeting place.
In the voluntary services in sport, we would like to work with you to achieve the 17 goals - it is desirable if you consider sustainable components in your project.
What are the 17 goals?
The 17 global goals for sustainable development of the 2030 Agenda, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), are aimed at everyone: governments worldwide, but also civil society, the private sector and the scientific community.
The global community adopted the Agenda 2030 in 2015. The agenda is a roadmap for the future. With the 2030 Agenda, the global community aims to enable people around the world to live in dignity while preserving the natural foundations of life in the long term. This includes economic, ecological and social aspects. All countries are called upon to align their actions and activities accordingly. Germany committed to ambitious implementation at an early stage.
Here you can see all 17 goals at a glance - on the 17 Ziele website you will find a brief description of each goal and practical examples of how YOU can take action yourself. You can also find to-do's that you can take into account when planning your project.
