For your voluntary service to be recognized, it is important that you have completed all your seminar days, your learning objectives agreement and your FWD project. If this is the case, your FWD will be officially recognized!
A nice bonus to your seminar days is the opportunity to acquire a license depending on the seminar group (e.g. ÜL-C popular sports or a specialist license in handball or soccer). As a rule, you have two years from your introductory seminar to complete your license. This is therefore also possible after your FWD. However, it is advisable to complete your license directly during your FWD!
If you are ill, proceed as follows:
The sick time will be transferred to the payroll program and then confirmed by the health insurance companies.
It can take up to 3-4 weeks to process your travel expenses. The processing time depends on when we receive your travel expense statement and whether there are any queries or uncertainties that need to be clarified before processing. As a rule, we process the travel expenses as quickly as possible and arrange for them to be transferred to your bank account. Ideally, you will be reimbursed your travel expenses after 1-2 weeks.
You can support the process by reading the information on reimbursement of travel expenses before booking your tickets. When completing your travel expense report, you should make sure that you note and sign all special features (delays, detours, stopovers, etc.) and send the original to the ASC Göttingen.
No. You have to write an individual project report and upload it to your Edubreak group.
Ultimately, the project report consists of a presentation of your project (1/2-1 page project presentation) and the answers to 5 key questions, which you can choose yourself from the guidelines. The report should therefore be individually designed.
You can find all information about the project and the guidelines for creating your project here.
