We ask for support with the company numbers

Dear employment agencies,

In mid-November 2022, the employers' liability insurance associations informed you, as an assignment location and therefore employer, that there is a new company number for the employers' liability insurance association.

The company number replaces the membership number.

We therefore need the new company number so that we can continue to bill you as an employment agency from 2023. Without this number, we will have to return your mandate and we will not be able to send you any UV annual reports or wage statements. As a result, we will not be able to provide your (current and future) volunteers with social insurance or pay out pocket money.

Please send us the following data by e-mail:

Your company number (15 digits) xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxx
Your PIN (5 digits)
New contracts in the FWD can only be created if we have this data!

If you do not have the number, you can contact your tax office, tax consultant or accident insurance provider.
